Transportation & Shuttle
Complimentary shuttle service will be provided between the Show Hotel and Mindaro Events Center. No reservation needed — simply meet the shuttle at the designated pickup point 2 hours before then up to 2 hours after the event.

Mindaro Policies
- The Hotel is not responsible for the loss of or damage to any equipment, materials, or personal property brought onto the premises before, during, or after a private function.
- Smart-casual or formal attire is encouraged for this special evening.
- The venue is a non-smoking facility. Designated smoking areas are available outside.
- Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the venue.
- Mindaro Events Center is fully ADA accessible. Please contact us in advance if you require special accommodations.
- Free arking is available on-site.
- No sparklers, open flames including candles, helium balloons, confetti or glitter.
